Privacy Policy

When you join the founder waitlist, we store your email address, trade, optional company name, selected pricing-test variant, consent choice, and basic acquisition source. We use this data to manage early access, measure product demand, and send communications you requested.

The iPhone app stores projects, customer details, prices, photos, signatures, PDFs, and audit history locally on your device. Private iCloud synchronization will use your Apple iCloud account when enabled in a signed release. We do not use job record contents for advertising or product analytics.

The website records limited first-party funnel events such as page view, demo start, price call-to-action, and waitlist completion. Events use a random browser identifier and do not include customer records, signatures, jobsite photos, or field prices.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process data only to host the website, deliver email, operate payments after launch, or distribute the app. Waitlist data is retained while the pre-release program is active or until deletion is requested.

Marketing consent is optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing or request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@buildslip.com.

This policy is a product-stage disclosure and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public commercial launch, especially for state-specific privacy requirements.
