Terms of Use

The BuildSlip app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable product, price, and any eligible offer before you confirm a purchase.

BuildSlip helps contractors create organized, timestamped field records for extra work and daily progress. You are responsible for reviewing document accuracy, obtaining proper authorization, and following applicable contracts and laws.

BuildSlip does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that a record is enforceable, that a signature satisfies every jurisdiction or contract, or that a customer will pay. Integrity hashes can indicate changes; they do not make a document tamper-proof or dispute-proof.

You retain ownership of record content you create. You are responsible for having permission to capture and share customer information, jobsite photos, and signatures, and for maintaining exports appropriate to your business.

The free version includes three signed exports. Pro provides unlimited signed records and PDFs, a company logo on new PDFs, and removal of the BuildSlip footer. Revision history and complete ZIP backup remain available without Pro. BuildSlip does not collect construction payments or automatically verify that a customer paid.

Annual is an auto-renewing subscription that renews yearly unless canceled through Apple’s subscription settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase of the stated Pro features, not a subscription. Purchases, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms and the offer shown at purchase. Existing records remain readable and exportable after a subscription ends. No reservation or payment is collected on this website.
